Our client based in Nuneaton is looking for a customer service advisor with a passion to learn and grow to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clarifying orders including pricing; ship dates; processing credits, communicating with customers regarding order changes or shipping information.
- Providing customers with accurate quotes using Global, DOT and pricing literature.
- Purchasing one-off items as required.
- Receiving and sorting merchandise for credit, exchange or repair.
- Liaising with the relevant supplier and arranging for the part to be returned to that supplier where a part has been returned for investigation or under warranty.
- Managing close working relationships with various dealers.
- Building and sustaining business relationships with customers by interfacing with internal/external colleagues to maximise company profile and customer satisfaction.
- Collating both positive and negative feedback reported both internal and external customers for quality purposes.

About you:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to self manage time and resources effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to identify customer needs.
- Ability to see the customer behind the paperwork/telephone and realise that each item of work has a direct impact on our customer's perception of the service we provide.
- Ability to operate straightforward process steps and be aware of deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
