**Customer Service Advisor - Permanent Role**

**£18,869 per annum, and OTE £20,000 per annum**

**Reporting to Line Manager**

**Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm**

Reed Glasgow Business Support are working with one of the UK’s leading property care companies to recruit a **Customer Service Advisor** on a permanent basis.

**The duties of the role are**:

- Answering telephone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Being the first point of contact for customer queries.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, dealing with complaints, and escalating any issues to relevant channels.
- Booking property survey jobs with surveyors and using google maps to route them to jobs.
- Arranging development calls for surveyors.
- Surveyor diary management.
- General office administration tasks.
- Producing and updating documents.
- Updating company database and collecting marketing information.
- Maintenance of records and filing.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Some previous customer service and administrative experience.
- Self-motivation to hit targets.
- The ability to work within a team.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A keen attention to detail.
- IT competency, particularly in Microsoft or Google software packages.
- A genuine desire to be a top performer and offer customers the very best of service.
