KKC Kart Components, the UK's leading go kart supplier, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our small yet dynamic team. As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement process. **Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute purchase orders for the procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, inventory, and suppliers.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with our suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Deal with a large variety of suppliers around the world with different processes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of purchasing policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Purchasing Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Flexibility for negotiated remote working arrangements.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to our main base in Daventry.
- Prior knowledge or interest in the motorsport industry is a plus.
