Case Handler

**Main tasks/Accountabilities**
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Assisting with client queries, providing a resolution to each call received, escalating when necessary
Setting up claims
Completing questionnaires with clients
Checking client identification and proof of address in line with Anti-Money laundering and Know Your Customer regulations
Sending documentation our via our intergrated systems
Liaising with third parties
Be multiskilled and able to set up claims in all areas of law practiced by the firm
Meet targets set in terms of call time, pause time and conversions
Participate in training programs as required as well as seeking opportunities to develop own skills
Work towards goals and objectives set in 1-21 meetings
Ensures all client data is handled within the scope of Data Protection legislation
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
