Owen Payne Recruitment are seeking an experienced master scheduler to join a leading manufacturer within the WV10 area.

This position would suit a professional who has experience in working within a Tier 1 and managing OEM's. This is a full time permanent role from day one.

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday - Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm
- Friday - 7.30am-12.30pm

- Have have proven people skills, and have the ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures
- Inventory management - analysis of requirements vs inventory requirements
- Analise demand to determine what needs to be built
- Possess excellent mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent time management, documentation and organization skills
- Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment
- Extensive experience with MRP/ERP system management required
- Possess knowledge of supply chain process procedures
- Ability to work independently and negotiate and set priorities required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP systems
- Possess superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Possesses high degree of personal accountability, self-motivated with a strong bias for action

**Main duties include**:

- Ensuring on time deliveries to the customer through planning and monitoring the schedule
- Responsible for one of they key accounts
- Identify variances against schedules to drive correct actions
- Develops continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participants in execution
- Aligns MRP production schedules with customer requirements
- Develop Production plans and scheduling
- Interact daily with customer base by providing schedule status data
- Execute the plans to meet customer required date
- Maintains reports to reflect scheduling methods, support performance and process procedures
- Create a valid master schedule in which priority due dates are equal to need dates and planned capacity equals required capacity
- Develop relevant performance metrics, monitor performance and issue monthly reports
- Ability to program software to import and export data
- Prepares production reports
- Assist with capacity planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
