As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating engaging discussions in your area of expertise. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate students on assigned topics
- Facilitate class discussions and engage students in active learning
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
- Provide timely feedback and grades to students
- Maintain regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students
- Stay current with developments in the field of study and incorporate relevant information into lectures
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and assessment activities

**Experience**:

- A minimum of a master's degree in the relevant field is required
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage students in the learning process
- Strong organizational and time management skills
