**You will have experience of working with young adults and understand the range of difficulties this age group can bring. You will have a focus on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all students in the college and support the wider staff with training and awareness raising.**

Newcastle Sixth Form College is the largest Sixth Form College in the region, with over 1,300 students and around 100 dedicated staff, providing a wide range of A Levels. The College opened in 2013 and offers a dedicated A-Level campus in the heart of Newcastle’s city centre.

The College also has a dedicated UCAS coordinator and careers support team, to ensure that every student is given excellent information, advice and guidance to support them to move onto Higher Education, Degree Apprenticeships or employment.

From our huge programme of enrichment to our wider curriculum activities, Duke of Edinburgh and World Challenge, we ensure that our students gain numerous opportunities not offered in other educational settings.
