We are looking for a full time lettings administrator to join our lively office team.

Established in 2015 Student Housing has soon become one of the city's largest student lettings agency. Founded by 2 former University of Lincoln Students.

Due to our growth, we are looking for a New Lettings Administrator to join our team, in our modern refurbished city centre Lincoln office.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
To undertake property viewings
Property inspections and inventories,
Various property visits,
Attending student fayres,
Organsing property maintenance,
Answer queries from tenants and landlords.
General office adimistration.

& so much more.

Pay & Benefits:
£18.5-22k (Per Annum) - Based on a 38hr week
Staff nights out

25 Days paid holiday (+ Bank Holidays)

Applicants must be able to work well as part of a team as well as being able to make their own decisions and be a good problem solver. Applicants must hold a full and clean UK drivers licence (company car provided during work hours for visits to properties) and have previous experience in a customer service role.
