You will be responsible for clinical system administration and maintenance, ordering consumables and stationery and overseeing the maintenance of medical devices. You will provide Human Resource/Workforce assistance and administration, including arranging appraisals, supporting with recruitment and new starter coordination. You will also monitor mandatory training compliance and liaise with the Leadership and Development team and students to arrange student placements. You will be responsible for the line management, support, education and competency checks for the Ward Clerk team.

You will support with audits, DATIX and other quality, safety and improvement activities and meetings, also assisting with the investigation of complaints. You will support with Clinical Team Lead with Health Roster maintenance and any related administration or communication with staff to ensure safe staffing levels on the ward at all time (both clinical and non-clinical staff). You will assist and support to ensure ESR reporting, Business Continuity Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date. You will assist with dealing with any conflict and solving of problems relating to the ward in a timely manner ensuring a lessons learnt approach to help to continually develop the team using tact or persuasive skills.

You will provide support to the CTL with procurement and requisitioning procedures and budget management, also manage charitable funds and associated administration.
