You'll be part of a field-based merchandising team, working on a variety of tasks including setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels and replenishing fixtures. Every day is different and rewarding
- **Must be a driver as will be visiting the below stores regularly.**:

- **Travel is required to various stores within your assigned area**:

- **Overnight stay - around 6 nights per month**

**Key Tasks**
- **Brand Representation**: Act as the face and voice of the brand, embodying its values and personality.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the brand's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Promotional Events**: Attend and organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage with the target audience and create brand awareness.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, influencers, and key stakeholders to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
- **Social Media Engagement**: Utilize social media platforms to share brand messages, create content, and engage with followers to enhance the brand's online presence.
- **Educational Initiatives**: Provide information and educate consumers about the brand's values, mission, and commitment to quality.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers and the community to relay insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Adhere to and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging and visual representation.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations for brand improvement.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on promotional activities, consumer feedback, and overall brand perception.
- **Adaptability**: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in marketing strategies or business goals.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any challenges or negative perceptions promptly and effectively.
