**The Job**:
The position is as a Business Development Representative for an industry leading SaaS provider who are rapidly expanding. Joining the company, it will be your responsibility to find new business opportunities for the company and support the Account Executivesin building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.

**What they are looking for in a Business Development Representative**:

- They are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative, or a recent university graduate who is looking to develop a career in sales. Ideally, you will have finished University within the last 0-2 years
- You are a self-starter who is ready and committed to begin your sales career
- You are willing to be trained up to hit the ground running
- You are confident in developing and maintaining great relationships with prospective and current clients

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing prospective clients by engaging in high volumes of phone calls
- Generating, qualifying, and developing sales pipelines to drive growth in bookings and revenue
- Identify customer needs and being able to match them to our best SaaS solution products
- Generate sales opportunities by planning and executing daily activities
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing departments to generate campaigns and business development activities
- Work towards and exceed business development performance goals
- Create notes and pipelines that will be stored accurately on our CRM system
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the sales team
- Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Cold calling experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and have great follow up skills
- Target and goal driven individual with a great work ethic
- A self-driven and motived individual
- An organized individual
- A team-player who will excel in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales technology (preferably Salesforce)
