**About the role**

Totally Urgent Care Division is a leading provider of national urgent care and out of hospital services following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook.

We have an exciting opportunity for motivated and highly organised Rota Coordinator’s to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne based at Vocare House on a permanent basis, covering part-time hours.

**Your day to day**

The Rota Coordinator will undertake administrative rota duties associated with the clinical and non-clinical rota which include populating systems with shift requests, make recommendations and identify gaps in the rotas, input shifts into the rota system in line with the strategies approved by the Senior Rota Co-ordinator or Workforce Systems and Planning Manager.

As a Rota Coordinator within our urgent care division, you will need to build up good working relations across all staff groups, partner organisations and agencies to ensure that staff feel supported and have clear access to shift availability and swift resolution of any concerns or conflict should any arise.

This role involves working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

***Qualifications, Experience & Training**
- A good standard of basic education (GCSE Grade C or above, including English and Maths) or equivalent work experience
- Experience of working with rota management is desirable
- Experience and/ or good understanding of the NHS environment and recruitment of clinicians
- Ability to work to deadlines and to prioritise, in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management capabilities
- Good Excel and Office based programmes knowledge
