About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a Parts Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate and timely advice and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing.
    • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and providing quotes.
    • Prepare orders for parts picking and collection/delivery.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in accordance with established processes.
    • Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery.
    • Collaborate with the team to maintain departmental flow and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide data and reports to ensure the parts function and inventory meet customer demand and manufacturer guidelines.
