Totally was established to support the NHS and ensure that patients could quickly access the healthcare they need. We partner with healthcare commissioners across the UK & Ireland to deliver services that help them manage demand and reduce waiting lists, including the delivery of Urgent Treatment Centres and NHS 111.

**About the Role**

To support the Senior Rota Co-ordinator and Workforce Capacity Manager to achieve sustainable operational efficiencies and compliance with national quality standards by ensuring effective support rota coordination for the clinical and non-clinical workforce.

**Your day to day**
- To undertake rota administrative duties associated with the clinical and non-clinical rota to include, populating systems with shift requests, make recommendations and identify gaps, input shifts into shift system in line with the strategies approved by the Senior Rota Co-ordinator or Workforce Capacity Manager.
- Support the input of various types of clinical personnel into rotas as required andcommunicate confirmed schedules and risks as required.
- To ensure that relevant data is input in an accurate, effective and timely manner, and that this data integrity and accuracy is maintained, using a variety of standard and bespoke software systems
- Administrational duties relating to rota will include supporting the Senior Rota
Coordinator in the following:

- General initial user ID and log on passwords for all clinicians to be able to
access the clinical systems and maintain the user ID database and update as
necessary
- Maintain and monitor records of hours such as actual hours worked vs.
contractual hours, holidays etc.
- Support the Senior Rota Co-ordinator with day to day activities, ad hoc
requests
- To ensure that relevant data is input in an accurate, effective and timely
manner, and that this data integrity and accuracy is maintained, using a
variety of standard and bespoke software systems
- Support the Senior Rota Co-ordinator function at Vocare during periods of
absence

**Qualifications, experience & training**
- A good standard of basic education (GCSE Grade C or above, including English and Maths) or equivalent work experience
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Telephone customer service skills
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communications skills
- Ability to evidence in writing, verbally and through listening skills, personal understanding and use of the English language
