**About Our Client**:
The role will be working within the HR department, based in Bridgend on a hybrid working pattern.
The position will be working initially on a fixed-term contract up until March 2023 with a possibility of an extension or permanent role.
**The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator include**:
- Managing all onboarding of new starters
- Liaising with Managers and advising on onboarding status
- Liaising with new starters during onboarding
- Processing DBS and compliance documents
- Assisting HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Issuing contractual documentation
- Issuing, administering and logging all pre-employment checks and processing details via HR payroll system.
**The Successful Applicant**:
**The successful HR Administrator**:
- IT literate / competent using various MS packages
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience working with IT systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
