Yardi Voyager Support Analyst

£60,000 - £70,000

London/ Hybrid

**Role responsibilities**
- Receive assistance requests from clients and property managers through our ticketing system Zendesk to troubleshoot Yardi issues
- Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant with the client's policies, procedures, and processes
- Troubleshoot tickets in a correct and timely manner
- Create data fix packages and prepare change management documentation to accompany the fix
- Create, update, and maintain user accounts
- Update and maintain client RACI documents (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed)
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on new features and functionality as part of regular release cycles
- Perform other special assignments as requested

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in Yardi Voyager is essential
- Must have experience in support desk
- Have a strong understanding of real estate, financial, and IT management procedures
- Desirable to have worked on multinational projects
