NET Recruit are partnering with a fantastic rapidly growing HVAC engineering and manufacturing business, to aid them on their search for an Internal Sales Professional to join the team operating in the Greater Southampton area. This business has exceptional growth planned for the next couple of years, with millions being invested into the company and new markets which the business is expanding into in the near future. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment to join with plenty of potential for extreme career development, to grow alongside the business as it continues to grow.

This will prove to be a highly valuable role within the Internal Sales Team, inside of the Service function of the business, supporting the service desk which deals with ongoing maintenance and repairs for HVAC equipment sold by the business. Therefore you will be liaising with customers, providing quotations for work to be done and then following through on these remits to ensure that the any parts are ordered and that information is documented onto the company CRM. This role has a lot of potential to advance and develop as the team and wider business grows, with opportunities for progression available in the future as business needs grow.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Compiling quotations, that have come in via both lead generation and proactive outreach means, for customers regarding servicing, ensuring that the customer is talked through the entire quotation process to build a good rapport
- Providing administrative support to the team in order to support quotation production and sale closing with customers
- Generating opportunities for further revenue, ensuring that the pipeline remains full and updated
- Keeping the CRM system up to date to truly reflect the sales pipeline, setting leads on the system
- Creating reports for senior management to reflect the sales pipeline and activity to keep them up to date with progress on sales and revenue
- Supporting the team to process orders on the system and coordinating the ordering of parts and arranging delivery, provding relevant parties with updates as they are required
- Offering support and technical advice to the team to address customer queries, raising work orders, handling calls and providing other service desk duties
- Supporting on the communication for Major Accounts, providing reports on the accounts and assisting with orders and further sales opportunities
