**Customer Service Advisor - Customer Service Team**

We have a number of exciting opportunities to join us here at Kempston Controls as a member of our Customer Service team.

Here at Kempston Controls, our customers are at the heart of everything we do and as a part of our industry leading Customer Service Team you'll be actively engaging with customers to provide excellent customer service.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be preparing quotes and invoices, capture and process data, handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and work closely with colleagues and suppliers to obtain the best outcome for our customers.

**What your day-to-day activities will look like**:

- Prepare quotes as per the customers requirement.
- Work with suppliers to obtain prices, discounts, and delivery details.
- Prepare pro-forma invoices for non-account holders.
- Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
- Resolve problems in a professional manner.
- Update and record customer information on our system accurately

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can adapt to a changing environment.
- Able to confidently work to tight deadlines.
- Have computer skills (Microsoft Applications)
- Be proud of your work with a high-level of attention to detail.
- Experience within the industry would be an advantage but is not a necessity as full training is provided.
