Location: Palestra (one day a week from home after completion of training)

Role Overview

Asset Performance & Facilities have an exciting opportunity for Facilities Service Centre Advisor to provide an effective and efficient service centre service for Transport for London. As part of a team, ensuring our customers (both internal and external) are provided with a high standard of customer service.

Key Accountabilities
- To work as part of a team on a rota between 08:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Friday. (The hours may change to cover annual leave or sickness absence and meet service demands when the service centre is busy)
- To ensure the service key performance indicators are met regarding call answering standards and service delivery
- To provide a customer centric service, in relation to the Help Desk Calls, Meeting room booking calls and Switchboard calls
- To provide additional functional support, associated with the Facilities Service Centre, to Facilities Operations as necessary

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Proven IT skills including Microsoft Office 365
- Proven administration experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of facilities management systems, desirable but not essential
