- helping customers with product and quantity amounts required for their specific jobs when needed
- previously worked within a trade counter position within a builder’s merchant environment
- excellent customer service and sales skills (inbound calls)
- comfortable building rapport with customers face to face and over the phone
- reliable and trustworthy
- looking to progress grow within the company
- fluent English speaking, reading and writing
- computer literate
- a team player and will have the ability to work on own initiative
