**As an HR Assistant you will**:

- Assist the HR team with filing and everyday office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of organisation fiscal and personnel related information
- Filing/Scanning
- Create new personnel files
- Daily collection of departmental mail
- Arrange interviews for current open vacancies

**What you’ll need**:

- The role requires a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Mathematics.
- IT literate with Microsoft office package knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels.Be self-motivated and have the ability to work with the minimum supervision, whilst at the same time being a strong team player.
