Harwoods Group is an automotive retailer representing prestigious car brands; Aston martin, Audi, Bentley, McLaren, Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover together with the truck brand MAN. We have a total of eighteen businesses providing sales and aftersales services across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire.

Hours: Saturday 8am - 6pm Sunday 10am - 4pm
JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Weekend Showroom Host/Receptionist is to:
- Ensure customers and visitors receive an immediate welcome
- Ensure all calls, both internal and external are answered and dealt with efficiently within the correct process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times.
- Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting.
- Handle and co-ordinate all calls and visitors, taking full details of the caller's business, paging members of staff as needed.
- Establish and maintain a system to monitor the whereabouts of key staff at all times.
- Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times.
- Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy and clear of crockery etc at all times; also kitchen area in showroom.
- Correctly process all outgoing post ready for despatch each evening.
- Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards.
