The Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) Advisor is a crucial service delivery role in the Customer Fulfilment Centre which assists by providing high performing, effective and consistent services to residents, businesses and partners.

**About the role**

You will be required to:

- Process a range of information with great diligence and accuracy.
- Understand the needs of customers and handling difficult situations in a sensitive way
- Review penalty charge notice challenges, prepare cases for adjudication and debt recovery under the relevant statutory regulations.

**About you**
- You will have good administrative skills, great attention for detail and the ability to learn processes and regulations.
- You will have experience of working in a customer facing environment, working as part of a team to provide the best possible service.
- Alongside having good communication skills and have the ability to deal with a broad range of customer enquiries, you demonstrable ability in to writing concise and structured letters.
- You will have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative and fit comfortably in a fast-paced and busy Customer Fulfilment Centre.
- Experience of using a variety of computer packages in order to extract and input customer and other information
