You will be responsible for grooming the product backlog and have insight into technical requirements of individual stories thus creating a more efficient user experience.

Whether you started from the product side and developed technical skills or started as a technical resource, you have a knack for the product side of the business. **What You’ll Do**:

- As technical hands on Senior Product Owner you will work within our UK Product Tribe delivering CRA Products for our clients
- You will serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of development teams
- You will lead the refinement of features and user stories to ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines
- You will work with others on a day-to-day basis to help make decisions on what is in scope and provide input into functional decisions
- You will have daily interaction with the teams building the products including teams in the US and India
- You will coordinate with business customers and their project managers to ensure successful delivery
- Provide demonstrations and support to clients
- Mentor and Support other Product Owners within the Tribe

**Experience**:

- Strong experience as a Senior Product Owner within an agile environment
- Strong understanding of product requirements and business analysis
- Intermediate technical understanding within a Agile Product Development Lifecycle from inception to production
- Intermediate stakeholder management to lead and ensure delivery
- Good experience of managing multiple small/medium sized projects
- Ability to work in a team with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to manage time zone difference with international teams

**What could set you apart**:

- UI and API development experience
- Experience within a regulated business or financial services
- An understanding of Cloud technologies
- Product Owner training courses
