**Are you a product owner who wants to work in an award-winning health-tech company?**
**Role**
The Product Owner will work closely with the Agile Project Manager and the product team to drive the successful delivery of IT and transformation projects. As a key member of the team, the Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders, including the Agile Project Manager, Business Analysts, and IT Delivery Manager, to define product requirements, prioritise features, and ensure the delivery of valuable solutions aligned with organisational goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyse consumer needs and current market trends from an ROI perspective
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
- Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programmes to ensure they're successfully achieved
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate take-to-market plans
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyse market data to help define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organisation
**Skills and Abilities**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into actionable product features.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products or features in an Agile environment.
- Experience working closely with Agile Project Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams to drive product delivery.
**Knowledge and Qualifications**:
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
