Manchester - Hybrid
Up to £26,000

NJR are working in Partnership with a world leader in the Health & Benefits Marketplace. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit claims administrator to be part of their bereavement team.

The role: Claims Administrator
Focused on claims processing within a Master Trust setting, the Claims Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that files and reports are processed in a timely manner, whilst also providing first rate customer service through clear and concise communication both with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for on boarding clients to the Master Trust. Collating information about the potential beneficiary to provide to the trustees to make the final decision on where the death benefits should be paid.

This role could suit someone looking for their first role in insurance or someone already in an administrative role looking for a new opportunity and the chance to work for a global leader within Insurance.

**Responsibilities**:
" Assist Service Centre with escalated participant phone calls
" Prepare and peer review of Client reports to include: weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
" Monitor timely processing of files, and reports
" Dealing with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery
" Take ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage own workload
" Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client
" Accurate and timely completion and maintenance of MMB's systems to achieve set targets and adhere to MMB processes
" Ensure quality of own work through right first time approach
" Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge
" Manage client relationships to support retention & growth

What you need to have:
" An interest in working with the benefits sector
" Excellent customer service and communication skills
" Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a wide portfolio of clients and stakeholders
" Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
