**The key aspects of the role include**:
- Day shifts (full time or part time) - the shift times will vary depending on the service’s needs.
- Pay rate of £11.95 per hour.
- Working as a recovery worker within various supported housing projects across London (female adult client group). The client group will have complex needs and/or in recovery from various mental health issues, substance use etc. This role may include medication administration as required.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients in the services, including using Safeguarding and emergency alert procedures as applicable.
- Liaising with other professionals
- Attending various management and multi-agency meetings as required
- Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
- Conducting various risk assessments and health and safety checks.
- Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and conduct effective handovers to the day staff.
- An **Enhanced DBS Certificate (Adult & Child) less than 3 years old (Essential)**
- Experience working within the supported housing sector, preferably with a client group who have mental health issues and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- An ability to create and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
- A clear and robust understanding of professional boundaries
- A solid work ethic and ability to always remain vigilant
- A high level of personal integrity
- The right to work within the United Kingdom
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £11.95 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
