Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of housing facilities
- Coordinate and assign housing units to residents
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
- Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of resident information and lease agreements
- Assist with rent collection and financial reporting
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of housing units to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and address their needs
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to residents
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with property management software, such as QL, is a plus

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
