**Main Resourcer tasks will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Dealing with queries
- Finding sales leads
- Business developing
- Ad-hoc admin duties
- Answering external incoming calls and taking messages
- Preparing CVs

**To be considered for the role of Resourcer you must have the following requirements**:

- Experience - ideally in telesales
- Hard-working with a strong work ethic
- Highly organised
- Willingness to learn
- Computer literate, able to pick up systems quickly and utilise them effectively
- Excellent communicator - a clear communicator and someone who can demonstrate active listening skills
- Attention to detail with written communication
- Team player but works very well on their own
- Pro-active
- Ability to build rapport and trust

**Working hours**:
As a Resourcer you’ll be required to work Monday to Thursday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm and Fridays 8.45 am - 5 pm

**We are offering the successful Resourcer**:

- Negotiable salary depending on experience
