**Job Title**:Order Processor

**Location**:Oxford Pharmacy Store, 7 Lombard Way Banbury OX16 4TJ

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Processing customer orders onto OPS order system to daily deadlines.
- Providing the final accuracy check for all orders prior to despatch to pickers.
- Assisting with the supervision of warehouse assistants and undertaking routine support activities as necessary.
- Providing support to other members of customer services team as required.
- Admin duties as required.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate including use of Excel and databases
- Previous NHS experience (desirable)
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience._
