Sales Order Processor

**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our clients team as an Order Processor. You will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
**Duties**:
- Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Enter order details into the system with attention to detail
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order processing systems or software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills to address any order-related issues
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
There is the potential for this temporary role to result in a permanent position with the company
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
