At Home Instead, we **value and respect** the work that our Care Professionals do to make a difference to their clients’ lives. We are looking for compassionate people to **join our family** to care for clients in the mornings. **Could you be the one to make a difference?**

Are you **kind and caring** and share the same values as we do? If so, you’re already halfway there Our Care Professionals are at the **heart of everything** we do. We provide you with the **best** PAID in-house training with our Registered Nurse, Dinah, to equip you with the skills needed **Our personal pledge is to support and train our staff to be the very best to enable them to deliver the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones - nothing less.**

Home Instead is **the UK’s most recommended home care provider** on homecare.co.uk, where we are proud to be rated 9.9/10 and rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission. We are the **only home care company** in the South Lakes to only do **MINIMUM one-hour visits** only so you won’t ever need to rush, and you will have the **time to build relationships** with your clients and have the time to spend doing all those ‘little’ things that will **make your clients smile**. It also means **you will always be paid for the full hour** up to £16.50 We also recognise that you can spend a lot of time travelling from visit to visit on our behalf, so there are times when you could ‘lose’ 15 or 30 minutes, as you leave one client and head to another, so we also give a **travel time allowance of £13.50 per hour PLUS mileage**.

Our Care Professionals come from **all manner of professions**, including retail, beauty, hospitality but also those who are continuing their career in care. We offer you the **best training** with our Registered nurse at £13.50 per hour, such as the City and Guilds Dementia and End of Life courses, Parkinson’s, and Frailty Training. We also **fund Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5** qualifications for those that want to do them. On top of this we give you **£250 anniversary and referral bonuses**.

You will be travelling throughout our community including Kendal and surrounding areas such as Natland, Oxenholme, Staveley and more, treating your clients as you would **your own loved ones**. You could be helping with personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, all to ensure you clients are **comfortable and safe** to enable them to stay independent in their own homes.

**We have 12-hour minimum guaranteed hours contracts.** **If you work more than 12 hours, you are paid for the hours you work**

**Our Care Professionals say**:

- Carol: “I enjoy working with the clients and the team, everyone has been very supportive in helping me learn the ropes Helping my clients stay in their own homes where they feel safe and comfortable is very rewarding, especially as it is you the Care Professional who has enabled them to do so”_
- Liv: “As a Care Professional I’ve learnt that the greatest gift you can give someone is your time. Being able to support someone to live their best life in their own home with dignity and confidence is truly a rewarding and humbling experience. Don’t worry if you have no care experience - Home Instead provide comprehensive person focused training for your role and you have the support of everyone in the team to succeed”_
