Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at Stonecross Care Home, you will be looking after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role as Senior will involve supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You can also expect to support the care team in delivering high quality and compassionate care. The Role of Senior will involve dispensing medication, care planning, pre assessments, risk assessments and general day to day running of the shift. Like everyone here at Stonecross, as a Senior, you'll always respect the dignity and preference's of our residents as well as playing your own part in creating an environment that's warm, welcoming and vibrant.
You should have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care or working towards to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. we're looking for people who are warm hearted, compassionate and giving each resident individualised care and support.
