Customer Service Ambassador

Our Cannock base client are looking to expand their team and recruit for a Customer Service Ambassador to join their business on a permanent basis
Key Duties:
Handle high volume inbound calls from customers in a polite, helpful and knowledgeable way
Manage and process customer orders and enquiries
Follow up enquiries
Contact manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices
Liaise with customers of order progress
Manage customer concerns and respond in a timely manner
Identify part numbers from exploded views
Liaise with Technical for advice when applicable
Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities
Key Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Educated to GCSE minimum Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive telephone manner
Fully IT Literate with excellent keyboard skills
Excellent listening skills
Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner
Ability to multitask & problem solve
Effective team player and the ability to work on own initiative
Organised and the ability to prioritise workload
