Customer Service Advisor

At TES (based at our Cannock HQ - WS11 8JD) we are excited to announce an excellent career opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor. As a vital member of our close-knit customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our three renowned retail brands: Envirofone, Custom Controllers, and Stock Must Go.
You will work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (with a 1hr break). **Occasional Saturdays required**

**What you will do day to day**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building strong, positive relationships with our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Effective Communication**: Engaging in clear and empathetic communication to provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues via various communication channels.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and analyzing customer concerns, utilizing your problem-solving skills to offer effective and tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Developing a deep understanding of our three distinct retail brands and their offerings, as well as the online platforms we operate on, including eBay and Amazon.
- **Collaboration**: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, share customer insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service strategies.
- **Going the Extra Mile**: Demonstrating a commitment to going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, showcasing your dedication to the success of both our company and our valued customers.
**What you need to succeed at TES**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
- Proficiency in using relevant customer service software and tools.
