**The Client**

The Client are a family owned construction company who have been established for over 20 years. They pride themselves on delivering high quality and cover projects across a variety of sectors such as Residential, Regeneration, Public buildings and more across both the private and public sector. They specialise in facades and cladding and are specialists in recladding residential and commercial buildings to comply with the ever changing needs and regulations have a low staff turnover and understand the importance of developing existing staff. They have an annual turnover over £150m and have a healthy pipeline of work.

**The Role**

**Duties**
- General project/company administration and organisation
- Assisting managers with construction projects
- Assisting with answering calls
- Data entry
- Buying assistance e.g. administrating sales orders
- Manage project check lists

**Benefits**
- £20,000 to £25,000
