**JOB SUMMARY**

This position is an exciting opportunity to start your career in the world largest Hospitality company. **SPECIFIC DUTIES**
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- To practice gracious hospitality and promote goodwill by being friendly, engaging, courteous and helpful to guests, managers and fellow associates at all times.
- Be familiar with local area and the outlets of the hotel to help create unique moments by giving your personal recommendations.
- Develop a basic knowledge of the Marsha reservation system.
- Focus on the processing payments via people soft, Birch Street and hot shop.
- Assist the management team with uploading the team schedule in Kronos
- Ensuring that the budget & check book are updated properly
- Managing expenses for all senior management
- Close contact with the financial department of the hotel to ensure no outstanding inquiries exists
- Assist the Rooms Controller and At Your Service agents.
- Review Guest Voice and assist in evaluating the responses.
