Role Summary
The Customer Experience Account Manager is a full time, office based position.
A diverse and challenging role where attention to detail, coupled with an overriding passion for providing an inspiring customer experience is needed. You must have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude to always deliver to your customers.

**Responsibilities**:
The Customer Experience Account Manager will be responsible for all queries on their accounts plus;
- Conducting service reviews
- Seeking new business with upselling and cross selling opportunities. This is the focus for each engagement with the customer.
- Ensuring that you are forward thinking about the customers’ requirements.
- Every experience must be managed promptly in a positive manner so the customer feels valued.

The Customer Experience Team strive to deliver best-in-class service to their customers, going above and beyond expectations in every scenario.

Inbound calls are answered within 3 rings and are handled with the upmost professionalism. The team handle a variety of queries where no two situations are the same.

The focus of the role is to become the customers champion and build a long-term lasting relationships.
A requirement to think outside the box and on your feet is essential whilst also being in-tune with the commercial aspect of each account.

The key elements are to review customers’ accounts, actively resign customers into new contracts, find new opportunities for services that are not currently provided and contribute to the companies Trust pilot review page.

The ability to quickly build rapport and relationship build with customers, plus internal and external contacts is central to this role in order to be able to provide solutions and best advice.
