**Overview**
Our **Operational Share Plans Team** are recruiting for a **Share Plans Sales / Purchase Administrator** who will have responsibility for undertaking technical processes, conforming to all regulatory obligations including FCA regulationsand the CASS rules.
You will be based out of our stunning city centre office in Leeds, responding to client and participant enquiries and ensuring administration is processed in line with the required service standards.You will join a team that is responsible for all sales andpurchases for Share Plans, maintenance and general administration are actioned correctly.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Researching and responding to incoming client or participant enquiries, ensuring complex issues are fully investigated, explained and resolved
- Ensuring administration is processed in line with both internal and external service standards and is completed in line with Link Group’s ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ policy at all times
- Following defined procedures to effectively manage any complaints, incidents or FCA breaches
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal teams, enabling completion of tasks and queries
- Investigating and resolving any reconciliation issues
**What we’re looking for**:

- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a positive and resilient outlook
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance and meet conflicting deadlines and have a proactive and flexible approach to your workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and articulate information effectively
- A friendly, hardworking team player, who can work in a collaborative manner
- The desire to meet or exceed stretch performance objectives and quality standards to achieve results
- Technical awareness with an understanding of specialist or professional aspects of work
- GCSE English and Maths grade C/5 or equivalent
- An Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) would be preferred
