We are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our experienced team. The role will support the Directors within the business, in addition to the management team, in the delivery of our building maintenance services.
Main responsibilities for the role;
- Responsible for the financial monitoring our all our client contracts in consultation with the Operations Director
- Issuing PO's and invoices
- Support the HR function in monitoring the workforce and supporting the management team
- Support the Director in the preparation of payroll
- Debt Management
- Support the Director with procurement of supplies and vehicles
- Support the Health and Safety function in achieving all accreditations
- Ad hoc administration commensurate with the post
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chorley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
