Sales Office Support Administrator

Day to day duties will involve, but are not restricted to:

- Creating quotations
- Taking payments over the phone
- Processing sales orders
- Providing administrative support to all office functions, when requested
- Covering holidays and absence

**Essential**:

- IT skills, including Microsoft packages
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- A driving license is required due to rural location

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working on NetSuite
- Experience in digital listings and/or platforms
- Experience in sales and customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,450.00-£21,450.00 per year
