Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday - 8:30am - 1pm
REED Sheffield have the pleasure of helping our client secure a Business Support Administrator for their Adoption Agency based in Doncaster. This is a busy role and would be best suited to someone with a proven track record working within a fast paced environment.You will be responsible for all aspects of a Business Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company with aggressive growth plans.
You should possess at a minimum, an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, Customer Service, IT or equivalent. You should be confident working with computerised office systems. A knowledge of IT systems is essential. Previous experience in a business administrationrole would be an advantage.
**Job Duties**
- Maintain a range of social media sites for the purposes of information sharing, marketing and advertising
- Support the delivery of online and physical events delivered by the team acting as an ambassador for the Agency in welcoming, assisting and signposting attendees.
- The post holder will be expected to organise, manage and attend meetings and produce accurate minutes within agreed time scales.
- Undertake reception duties, welcoming Service Users and professionals from other agencies.
- Collate and maintain statistical data and produce appropriate reports for various external agencies and key stakeholders within the required timescale.
- Undertake general administrative duties including: filing, photocopying and typing forms, letters and complex reports as required by the Agency staff.
- Prepare reports of an excellent quality, as required by the Agency.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall development of services provided by the Agency.
- Compile and maintain manual and computerised agency records in line with the requirements of the Agency via the CHARMS database
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
- To be proactive and flexible in approach and be willing to perform the full range of activities required to support the team to operate effectively and efficiently.
- The post holder may be required to undertake additional duties at the discretion of the Agency Director or the Business Manager.
- To comply the Agency’s Policies and procedures.
- Flexible/Remote Working: Contractually, this role is office based in Doncaster. Should there be a change to the current Covid-19 guidelines our employees would then be required to work from home for that specific period.
