**_ Hours -Casual/flexible/PT/FT_**

Total Training Provision are working in partnership with a client who are looking to attract Customer Service Agents for their site in the Liverpool region. This role is attached to one of our outstanding employability courses. On our course you will be undertaking a Customer Service Level 2 course giving you the skills you need to be successful and it will be tailored to the job interview you will receive afterwards As part of the course we will also work with you to upskills your CV, to showcase all of your transferable skills, and ensure you are job ready.

For us to be able to pass you over for interview with our employer, you need to ensure you can attend our Customer Service Level 2 course between the 10th & 14th of July in Speke.

**Eligibility**:

- Unemployed.
- Must be available to undertake the training between the dates 10th July and 14th July (Monday - Friday 10.00am - 4.30pm)
- Must live within the Liverpool region.
- Must have lived in the UK / EU for the last 3 year.
- Must NOT be on any other funded programme.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.

- **_ Efficiently handle contacts to and from customers relating to a variety of products and services._**:

- **_ Provide all information that the needed in a clear and accurate way and promote additional relevant services as appropriate._**:

- **_ Process any administration tasks as and when needed._**:

- **_ Represent the Brand by delivering consistently high
- quality interactions and maintaining the integrity of supporter information._**:

- **_Adhere to policies and procedures with particular attention to security, data management, payment information and cash handling guidelines._**:

- **_ Work proactively as a part of the wider team._**:

- **_ Accurately record reasons for customer contact to help with future planning and forecasting and to aid with root cause analysis and problem solving._**
