**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to precisely define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documentation, meticulously detailing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and articulate manner.
- Undertake precise estimation of resources and participants essential for achieving project goals.
- Establish and continually manage project expectations with all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Strategically plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables utilising appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports, analyse results, and adeptly troubleshoot any identified problem areas.
- Proactively negotiate and manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and devise effective contingency plans.
**Experience/ Qualifications**
- 2 yrs Project Coordinator (Desired)
- Full UK Driving License
**Skills and Competencies**
- Demonstrate proven experience in project management, with a preference for experience in the EPOS or related industry.
- Exhibit a strong familiarity with Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems.
- Possess excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Showcase the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Uphold a professional attitude and appearance.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit resourcefulness and a proactive approach in addressing challenges as they arise.
- Showcase excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Display exceptional multitasking and time-management skills, with a capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Embrace a flexible and collaborative attitude towards duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
**Working Conditions**
- Reporting to Programme Manager
- Office-based with occasional travel to client sites (potentially international)
- Working hours Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
