We're seeking a well-organised, friendly, and approachable individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can provide valuable support to our Project Management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Documentation**: Set up, maintain, and manage all project-related documentation, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Client Communication**:Serve as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
- ** Project Reporting**:Produce comprehensive project reports detailing project status, milestones, and any issues or risks, contributing to project reviews and audits.
- ** Support to Project Managers**: Provide ongoing support to Project Managers by coordinating resources, scheduling meetings, and assisting with project planning and execution.
- ** Project Software Management**: Oversee and manage the usage of project management software tools to ensure they are used efficiently across the team.
- ** Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth integration of web projects with other ongoing initiatives within the agency.

**Essential Skills and Experience**

- Proven experience in project support, preferably in a digital agency or related field.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Full driving licence.
