**Hours**:Full-time - Permanent office based - Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break (37.5 hours)

**Location**:Based at our Taunton Office in the Bathpool area.

Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for an office administrator to join our family-run business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for this key role in the business. As part of the team, you will have a keen interest in developing and maintaining the business and its systems to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently, primarily having a firm and accurate grip on our Administration, Processes, Communication Charter for the business.

The successful applicant will be a good communicator showing enthusiasm and initiative and have a well-rounded experience of office administration, and exemplary IT skills.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:

- Provide administrative support within the customer service sector.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and staff.
- To assist Green Machine to provide excellent customer service to all customers and our teams.
- Support our desk team.
- Ensure our internal communication charter is adhered to daily.
- Carry out help desk duties, answering calls, resolving customer and staff queries.
