We’re looking for an SEO to join our growing team - joining Clear Click as our first full-time team member means embracing an opportunity to influence our direction and growth significantly. You will not be confined to your role but will have the freedom to contribute across the business, helping to fine-tune our services, processes, and culture. This position is ideal for someone who seeks to make a meaningful impact, driving both our clients' success and the evolution of Clear Click.

**In this role you will**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm changes, assessing impacts and prioritising changes in our roadmaps.
- Lead the identification and prioritisation of SEO improvement opportunities, turning your findings into actionable steps to improve positioning.
- Develop a SEO roadmap for Clear Click, liaising with website developers and the wider business aiming to boost site visibility and search rankings.
- Develop Clear Click’s in-house SEO frameworks, to define, implement, and measure SEO best practices.
- Manage SEO KPIs, collaborate with data experts to establish effective tracking, and influence decision-making with insightful, data-driven narratives both for clients and internally.
- Influence project stakeholders to ensure SEO requirements are clearly defined and within roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with our clients, balancing Clear Click’s internal expertise with client expectations effectively, ensuring performance meets high standards.

**You must have**:

- Proven expertise in all SEO disciplines, including strategy, technical SEO, content, and digital marketing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the SEO tools and technology landscape.
- Experience in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of demystifying complex SEO challenges in a user-friendly manner.
- A working knowledge of Paid Search and practical experience in testing strategies to optimise holistic search returns and understand the interplay between SEO and Paid Search.
- Experience working in a startup environment (desirable to not essential)
- Experience working with HubSpot (desirable)

This is a permanent full-time role. We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK.

**Compensation Package**
- A competitive salary.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
