This role of the Stores & Maintenance Operative is responsible for the completion of day to day operational tasks in the warehouse and maintenance of the site. Reporting to and supporting, the Installations & Operations Manager, you will complete daily, weekly & monthly tasks receiving goods in and managing goods out, updating AdminBase (CRM database), and dealing with trade customer enquiries.

Duties include:
**Stores**

Perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks thoroughly and timely, including;
- Receive and checking off of all “Goods In” to the business, ensuring quantities are correct and match all relevant paperwork in accordance with the daily delivery schedule. This includes heavy items such as Glass, Window & Conservatory frames, Doors (Patio / Composite and UPVC).
- Transfer all products received into relevant locations.
- Prepare “Goods Out” for all installation contracts in accordance with the bagging list, two week prior to fitting, updating AdminBase to confirm products are ready for the fitting team
- Identify any shortfalls to contract/bagging list requirements to the Installation & Operations Supervisor
- Identify stock items that require replenishment and report to Tech/Business Support
- Maintain stock of accessories (GBP) and timber stocks on a monthly and weekly basis
- Address all incoming enquiries to purchase parts / products / accessories received via the Trade counter

**Site Maintenance**

Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning & maintenance tasks for the site including the showroom and all external buildings, this includes but is not limited to:

- Cutting the grass and keeping the borders of the site tidy
- Clean the outside of the conservatories and external buildings
- Keep the forklift in good working order
- Ensure the car park is free of litter and weeds
- Skips being used appropriately
- Ensuring yard waste is ready to be collected by our waste partners

**Health & Safety**
- Adhere to company Health and Safety regulations, becoming an active member of the H&S team
- Will ideally, but not essential, have a full, clean driving licence
- Will have a fork lift license
- Will have the ability to work in a team and on own initiative
- Must be honest, reliable and punctual
- Have excellent communication skills

This is a physically demanding job involving heavy items such as Glass, Window & Conservatory frames, Doors (Patio / Composite and UPVC).

**Hours**: 45hrs per week; 0730 - 1630 including 30 minutes unpaid break

Pay: £25,282.00-£26,500.00 per year
