Your key focus will be to deliver a successful, client-focussed new homes sales service to our partners across a varied range of locations, developments and sales tenures. You’ll build trust and strong relationships through your expertise and commitmentto client and customer satisfaction.

As part of a dynamic and professional Sales and Marketing management team, you’ll help lead high performance across the Sales department and have real influence on our growth ambitions, working collaboratively to achieve our sales and customer experiencetargets, build our reputation and secure new business opportunities.

**What you’ll be doing**
- You will effectively oversee day to day management of our outsourced sales agency and consultancy work to our clients, providing key pre-sales advice, devising and implementing sales strategy and working closely with our Brand and Marketing Manager to deliverthe complete sales and marketing service
- You’ll ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to our clients and their home buyers throughout the contract
- You’ll devise and implement sales strategies to optimise sales performance
- As part of line managing sales staff you’ll inspire and drive for high sales performance while ensuring full compliance across relevant legislation and funding requirements
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to horizon scan and pitch for potential new business opportunities and partnerships
- 35 hour working week, occasionally weekend working will be required

**What you’ll need**
- Full Driving license and the use of a car for business purposes (with Business use Insurance cover)
- Proven demonstrable experience in a new homes sales management role
- Experience of developing sales and marketing strategies and delivering high volume sales to achieve targets
- Broad knowledge of Sales Developments end to end processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Shared Ownership as a product
- Experience of generating new business opportunities is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- A degree level qualification is desirable
