**About our client**:
Family run business, large Agricultural and Horticultural main dealer. Supplies a wide range of machinery; from garden mowers and chainsaws to combine harvesters and construction excavators as well as selling a huge selection of clothing, footwear, garden sundries and DIY products across East Anglia and the South East.
**Role Purpose - Sales Administrator**:
Reporting directly to the Groundcare General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Groundcare Sales office and delivering an excellent service in all daily operations of the department. You will be involved in the sales and hire planning and undertake general administration duties, but also have the flexibility to support the showroom and cover when required.
**Essential Skills/Experience**:
- Processing equipment orders from Area Sales Managers.
- Gain understanding of all areas in our sales process for new and used horticultural equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
- Be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Have a flexible and approachable manner
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
- Be confident and show initiative
- Keyboard and PC skills
- Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash
- Professional and tidy appearance
- Attention to detail
**What's on off?**
- 40 hours per week - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as required
- Salary: £Competitive, _depending on experience _
